(“Infinitum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and protection of personal information collected through our software platforms and website, in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including without limitation the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the Consumer Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act of 2021 (“VCDPA”), the Colorado Privacy Act and its implementing regulations (“CPA”); the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”); Connecticut SB6, An Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring (“CTDPA”); and any extension or amendment of any of the foregoing or other applicable law or regulation that is already in force.

This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share information, specifically regarding IP address tracking for Video on Demand (VOD) advertising performance.

Data We Collect

User Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, logon email address, and password. This is the only personal information collected for the purpose of accessing our services.
IP Addresses: We collect and store IP addresses for the purpose of measuring engagement with Video on Demand advertising. This involves matching the IP address where an ad is served with any subsequent visit to the advertiser’s website using the same IP address. We do not collect or associate any other personal data (e.g., name, physical address, device ID) with these IP addresses.

How We Use Your Information

Advertising Performance Tracking: The IP addresses collected are used solely for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns by determining if an ad viewer has subsequently visited an advertiser’s website.
User Account Management: Your account information is used to provide access to our platform, including authentication and support purposes.
Improving Services: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to enhance our platform, optimize ad-serving processes, and improve the quality of service we provide to our clients.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process user account information on the basis of consent given by the user when signing up for our platform.

IP address processing is conducted under our legitimate interest to provide effective advertising analytics to our clients. This processing does not involve personal identifiers other than IP addresses and is used solely for campaign performance measurement.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of your own. These countries may have different data protection standards. We ensure that all data information in accordance with applicable law.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of providing our services. This may include sharing information with service providers who help us operate our platform. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data with our partners to improve the quality and effectiveness of our services.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal requirements, and for legitimate business needs. Once your data is no longer required, we will ensure it is securely deleted.

Your Rights

Additional terms that apply to some residents of the European Economic Area (EEA)

In addition to the rights already recorded above, if you are based in the EEA, you may have additional rights in relation to information as follows:

Deletion

You can ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, or, if we are relying on your consent to process information and you withdraw that consent. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.
In addition, if we have shared information with others and it is reasonably possible to advise them of your request we will do so, or we may enable you to contact them directly.

Right to restrict processing

In some circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of that personal information or you do not want us to erase your information but instead require restriction of processing, we may or block or restrict access to it.
If you are entitled to restriction of processing your information, and we have shared it with others, we will, where it is reasonably possible for us to do so advise them of your request.
Also, if is possible and practical to do so, we may put them directly in contact with you for that purpose.

Right to data portability

You have the right, in certain circumstances, to obtain personal information you have provided us with (a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) and to re-use it elsewhere, or to ask us to transfer this to a third party of your choice.

Right to object

You can ask us to stop processing your personal information, and we will do so, if we are: relying on our own or someone else’s legitimate interests to process your personal information, except if we can demonstrate compelling legal grounds for the processing; or processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

If you have a concern about any aspect of our privacy practices, including the way we’ve handled your personal information, you can report it to the relevant Supervisory Authority in the EEA.
